Miranda was born and raised on a cattle farm near beautiful West Lake Okoboji. There she learned about hard work and dedication. After graduating from Okoboji High School, Miranda attended Iowa Lakes Community and Buena Vista University, studying Banking and Finance. While in college she worked at a local bank. She then took a job at a family owned Real Estate, Property Management and Mortgage Company. There she learned the ins and outs of Real Estate transactions, loan processing and property management, and became a Mortgage Loan Originator. She saw a need to become dual licensed and took the necessary steps to become a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person. This past year she took classes to obtain a Real Estate Broker License, and is currently a Broker Associate with Realty One Group Revolve. By having a dual license Miranda has the ability to help clients through every step of the home buying and financing process. Miranda treats everyone and every deal with compassion and support. She went through the home buying process herself last year, purchasing and acreage outside of Spirit Lake. She understands it can be a stressful experience and is there to alleviate any concerns. Miranda can pre-approve you for a loan in the morning and be showing you properties in the afternoon!
